ADOPTION
We require an interview with all prospective adopters. This is intended to ascertain the prospective adopters knowledge of ferret care, commitment level and understanding the ferrets needs. There is a full adoption agreement form and a contract to ensure the ferrets care after leaving our shelter and being placed in their new home. We retain the right to refuse to adopt to anyone. Our goal is to find the right owner for the ferret, not just any owner.
